Old ceiling fixture in an accessible Fairview bathroom — The existing ceiling fixture before the work.

Accessible bathroom before the fan replacement — The bathroom and access conditions before the replacement.

Bathroom fan duct connection above the ceiling — The duct connection exposed during the work.

Old bathroom fan grille near the accessibility rail — The old fan that needed replacement.

The problem

The old noisy fan had gone without maintenance because the accessibility rail made the ceiling area difficult to reach.

The solution

We temporarily removed the rail, installed the Moisture Defense Package, then reinstalled the rail without damaging the ceiling.

Client reaction

“They could not believe the rail came down and went back up with no ceiling damage.”
